We thought it was time that Grace got her first car and learned to drive. Now I admit she is a bit young- but kids are growing up so fast today. We are now exempt from having to buy her one when she is 16-right?? She is learning very fast how to charm her Daddy into pushing her around.

My not so little girl
The first picture says it all. Grace is becoming a little girl and is no longer a baby. This breaks my heart when I look at our gotcha day picture and what she has already grown into. Time has gone by so fast. It hit me last night when I realized I didn't need to cut up her Chik nugget anymore and that she could just pick it up and take bites herself.
I would say that she is one of the happiest girls I know. Teething has been an uphill battle for her. She still only officially has 6 teeth. 2 molars are making her life miserable lately. But she is being a trooper about it. Before we know it she will 2 years old. HOLY COW!

Spring is Here
Here are just some pics of Grace out and about. Spring is here - except for the snow we got this weekend. Yes, snow. It all gone here but some areas to the north got 6+ inches and its still hanging around.
One of our favorites shots of Grace is the one that make her look like a teenager. The phrase that comes to mind is: "Here comes trouble"
One of my coworkers gave Grace a wagon that his 2 children have outgrown and she loves having Daddy pull her around the neighborhood. She is also wanting to drink from straws and big girl cups more and more. We no longer have any bottles in the house. Sippy cups are usd and I have a felling they will be phased out soon as well.

She is a fan (maybe by force)
Scott bought Grace her first Mariners hat- pink of course. He had plans to watch opening day with her and to wear their caps. Not sure how much of the game she watched, or how much she let Daddy watch. But I know that at least Scott had fun with his little girl.
Holy cow is she growing- 2 more inches and 2 more pounds. I put a pair of pants on her the other day that used to be too long and they are now too short. My heart aches when I realize how fast she is growing and becoming a big girl. I had a coworker tell me she will be off to college and I will wonder how the years went by. So I am going to enjoy every moment with her I can!
